I have been busy. I will shortly be receiving a new phone to replace the one that is held together by sticky tape. I'm eating toffee crisp clusters and they are NICE!

haha you should go by yourself, seriously there were like 5 people who did... and there were proably only 20 people in the cinema (cause it was like 3 in the afternoon hah)
i actually had a really good gym sesh today, im hoping all the energy i had was from some of the crap i've been eating! infact it was probably the hardest i'd worked and the best id ever done in there, so.. good times
for motivation... think of being half naked on a beach somewhere hot.. that always sends me straight to the gym haha!
Well right now I'm listening to the latest PJ Harvey and John Parish album, it's a bit hard and weird at first but it keeps on getting better. Same for the Crying light by Antony and the Johnsons. Not really new but I also recommand a lot anything by Do Make Say Think. The dark end of the street Ep by Cat Power is also a wonder.
Some records to be released later this year should be awesome too, as far as I know : Clues' first record, the new mars volta record octahedron, Honeybee girls by Shannon Wright and hopefully the new Dirty Projectors record.
