Sometimes you just have to know when to turn the fucking tv off and appreciate life. I was so restless having spent most of the morning watching cooking shows, home reno shows, and drifting in and out of lazy sleep.

I did do the dishes, washed the bathroom, washed the kitchen, put away the clothes, and baked 4 muffins...all of which I ended up eating....

Yes, yes you need to move in Montreal. There's tons of nice and not so expensive places going around. And suprisingly, housing crisis notwithstanding, I'm seeing a lot of "A louer" placards going up and staying up for a few weeks... I think the market is shifting to a "renter's" market now.

I got no lease where I am right now and an understanding that I might have to leave spontaneously on a month's notice. So if you need a roommate, especially for some place plateau-ish, I'm interested ;-).

You are too cute biggrin Id make an excellent drinking buddy wink

1, i have 2 roomates. one of each variety.
2, we use some kind of biodegradable, vegan friendly soap as i live with 2 hippies and on of them works at a natural food co op
3, i have yet to instant messanger.
superflea:
1. I live with my girlfriend - is that technically roomies? biggrin

2. Whatever she brings home. I've been a Tide man forever (no firm preference - just habit), but she's been bringing home these Sunlight tablets that are just perfect.

3. One of the artists I work with, just a few moments ago.

You're recording vocals? Sounds intriguing...

Woo was at the screening of the first DVD being launched for Pornstar Academie this afternoon @ work. Was interesting sitting in a room with only men watching porn and drinking beer in our conference room. You could litterally smell the hormones and honestly I had to hold myself back at points from laughing. I guess men just don't have that sense of detecting fake...

1) Alcohol in social situations - pot on very few occasions..

2) If its the last clean pair, I'll wear it (noone will see it anyways.. not like I take my boots off) .. but as soon as the clean is rectified, its gone..

3) Tongue - when I remember too .. I have a fuzzy memory for things..
bankerboy:
1) alcohol & tobacco

2) depends on the socks, if I like them I may wear, if not they are out

3) I have this thing called a Dr. Tongue scraper. It looks like a "U" and is made of metal and does and excellent job of keeping my tongue nice and clean.

Wow..I actually, litterally spent the entire fucking day at work trying to program the phone system. I'm the kind of person that looses patience when things take months to get done because the boss keeps putting them off. I then take charge and get even more frustrated when I have to read 2 huge fucking novels in French in order to program the system.

So...

Happy International Women's Day! I was reading through a copy of the New Yorker that I picked up on my way back from Vegas, and there was an article on Republicans in NYC.

I'm sorry to seem like an ignorant Canadian chick, but can one of my many American lovelies please explain the difference between Republicans and Democrats, and what they stand for so I...

Spent my whole day cleaning out closets and cupboards and threw out bags of junk, another bag for recycling, and yet another for the church (clothes & etc). I still have to decide what the hell to do with my JANE mag collection. It's insane, heavy and about4 feet tall. I was going to just recycle them, but they are in immaculate condition so I...

Yeah, the cote-des-neiges graveyard is nice. Not my favorite cemetary but one of the nicer one. I used to live very close to it too.

I'm back! Sorry been crazy busy at work, and I honestly didn't have time to go through the rigamarole of re-ing my subscription.

This is still on ice, but safe enough for me to talk about it. I will be writing an article for Hustler Canada about our prepaid cards! Also..this is unconfirmed yet, but my boss asked me to appear on a few local...

(yawn) usualy I get paid to look for endangered animals- sea turtles, right whales, marbled murrelets maybe this summer goshhawks. but this scow job pays so well I have a hard time saying no when they call me.

still i get to travel a lot, which I enjoy.

Thanks for being my first SG e-friend!

The parents are back home from their cruise. Safe and sound. Now I get to go back home to my empty apartment and do laundry, and go through my mound of email and snailmail.

As an appreciation of my taking care of the place my parents got me a 14k gold bracelet. It's really nice, but I feel too gemed out since I don't usually...

Whew it's saturday, I survived my week playing mom housewife. They should make a reality tv show where single unwed bachelorettes become mothers and homemakers AND go to work 8 hours a day and somehow sleep.

This week has just reinforced my standing point in buying a condo and not a house at first. A house is nice, but unless you really have time to...

Good morning, still living at my parents house for the week. Getting a real taste of what it's like to be a married mother. Well so to speak, I have to take care of my African Grey parrot which is like having a baby because he has to be fed twice a day, by hand, and each meal (soft boiled egg w/ toast & oj...
