No it doesn't. Baretta's generally have more of an exposed barrel and rounded lines on the slide's back edge. (The 92 and brigadeer for example)

If it were to be a standard gun manufacture it looks more like a Ruger 92 save for the fact that Ruger doesn't put those indents on the front end of their guns.

Judging by the double barrel, it's either a 9mm that some one had chambered to 22cal to plink with, or it's a 6mm plastic--an airsoft gun.

Could be wrong. And none of that changes the fact that a pretty girl with a gun (of any kind) is damn hot.
