I fenced in high school and college. I stunk at sabre. Epee was my weapon of choice. If you've never watched competitive fencing before, I suggest you watch Daryl's medal match against Aron Szilagyi, the defending gold medalist from Hungary (the Hungarians have OWNED sabre for decades).
