do what my mom used to tell me...if you bang your head against a wall for 5 minutes, it will take your mind off your other pain. and it will feel REALLY good when you stop.

I would talk to your piercer before doing anything. Taking it out can sometimes trap an infection in the wound... If the jewelry is too tight, changing it may help--and some antibiotics...but definitely go see your piercer FIRST and asap.

i was thinking about how people use gym equipment, more in specific, people that have said work-out devices in their home, after reading your entry.
anybody that ever order a bow flex or stairmaster or what the fuck ever through the mail, or rather ups, does not need this equipment.
all they need to do is get a job at ups and move said equipment for 4 hours a day. they'll get paid, too.
btw, drink and smoke all you want before hitting the gym. from my work experience, you work just as hard if you keep pushing yourself, except the time goes faster because you are unable to think.
