I'm using all of my will power and starting tomorrow, I'm starting the FatLoss4Idiots 11 day diet. The diet claims that you can lose about 9lbs in those 11 days and I've done it before and actually had some pretty decent results. Hopefully, 2 successful cycles of this eating regiment will have me down 15 or so lbs by month...

I truly feel your frustration. I've been going to the gym for 2 months now, 3-4 days a week. Cut back on my calories, increased my cardio from 30 minutes to 120 minutes over that period of time. Increased my resistance twice. I've gained 18 pounds.

Watching portion sizes and preparing at least 90% of your meals at home is a really good way to go, eating out too much can be the biggest obstacle to weightloss progress since even the 'healthier' options are usually quite bad.
Have you tried chai tea? It's really nice with a bit of honey added.
