Make sure you drink cold drinks separate from meals and snacks, as iced/cold drinks hinder peristalsis, causing bloating and impeding proper nutrient absorption. The best option is to just drink cold-ish tap water or room temp water (yuck, but you will feel better for it!)... Room temp water isn't actually so bad when it's got lemon in it!
