talk to your doc about it and possibly the head social worker there to make sure she's got no access to your records and that she'll not be involved any of your casework - if they can't assure you of that then see if there's another place your doc works at - if THAT's not possible ask him for recommendations...
also - if you have examples of her blogs, print some off and take them with you. She shouldn't be talking about stuff like that "out of school".

I might catch some shit for this. In a place like SG, maybe I won't. But in addition to being a dirty punk kid, I was also one of the smart kids growing up. So I have all kinds of smart kid friends from my school days, several of whom are doctors now. They ALL talk down about their patients. Your sister is not unique here and her behavior is not uncommon.
I don't like most doctors so there is a slight bias, but I believe there is truly a superiority complex that comes along with the profession. I'm not sure if people with such a complex DRIFT toward the field, or if there is some kind of indoctrination during the schooling (similar to dickhead cops), but yeah, medical professionals think they know everything and since you didn't go to school for 8 years you can't possibly know anything.
I suppose what I'm saying is, personal issues with her aside, I wouldn't jump to leave a doctor you trust because she got hired there. They're all saying similar things about some patients of theirs, you just don't hear it from them because you aren't a friend/family to them.
