I've had some experience with the subject myself. Not first person, but I think anyone who judges those who are depressed enough to commit/attempt suicide really need to do some more reading on the subject.
A long time ago a member on this site posted that he had tried to kill himself. Most of the community banded together and managed to get him to a hospital, but there were still assholes who felt the need to judge him even as he was suffering. It was disgusting that they did that, but more amazing to watch everyone do everything they could to find out where the guy lived and save him.
