Just remember, the more muscle you have, the more fuel (i.e. fat) it uses to function, even at rest. ...but shotgunning beers doesn't help with metabolism or the next day's motivation ...which has often been my downfall.

I have a neurologist appt on Friday and I'm always beat after them. MRI and stuff. I forgot that I had an appt til they called to confirm. Teh suck.

Saturday it's my friend's birthday party.
