You're having a banner year so far man. I hope all this shit works out in your favour the way you want it. I was in a similar position as you during the holidays as I intercepted an e-mail w/ my name on a short list of people to be laid off "temporarily." Luckily when the day came for people to get their pink slips, I, fortunately, wasn't on the final draft of that e-mail *whew* I was going to talk about it @ the SGNY Christmas get-together, but wound up only telling Annie.

Seriously J, I'm really sorry that you're having to go through this. It is completely messed up to say the least. You know the drill: Give as much detail as possible to your union reps. When the day comes for your sit-down, let your reps talk for you. Don't say word one unless you consult w/ your union rep first. Reason being you can say something that they can twist against you. That's why it's much better to just stay silent and let them speak for you. Good luck in this and I hope you get full benefits from this bullshit they're throwing @ you. Absolutely not cool @ all...
