I never mention my volunteer or charity work when I'm on dates. It seems a little self-serving to do that. As to the cycling, my date seemed none too impressed that I rode over two hours to the restaurant (though 45 minutes of that trip was spent getting lost and re-oriented). I think she must have thought I was poor or a cheapskate because I didn't drive to the date, even though I did get a rise that officially made me a six-figure earning bachelor. I never tell girls that either. Sometimes, I think I'm too Vancouver for the girls of this city!
Oh, and I should mention that you are officially a pin-up on my refrigerator's door, which is covered with photos of all the things about home that I love.

I'm having a blast in Portland, hanging out with awesome ladies who remind me that not all women are jealous and mean-spirited. I heart Meghan Mayhem and Bernie Dexter and Nina Nightshade! Expect to see a ton of photos and posts coming from me in the coming weeks, it's time to focus on Bettina!
