Just saw Lost in Translation last night and I thought it was AWSOME if al little depressing at the end .... going back to IC for the weekend with Zoe should be fun we just got the second season of CSI on DVD mwahahahhahahahahah....

That movie makes me well up like a thirteen year old girl on her 8th viewing of Titanic. The ending of it is a little sad, but it's so beautiful. I might just watch it tonight, actually. Have you seen Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind yet? I just saw that this week, and while it's a lot different, it also has that achingly beautiful quality to it.

my best suggestion on the comic is really stepping up on the search for an artist who needs a writer and doing the whole thing (a series?) as mini-comics or even self-publishing.

my plate is so stacked up right now i don't even know what the hell i'm doing. as it is, i'm a writer/artist, so i'm pretty much backed up on the stories i want to tell and draw... probably the only way i'd illustrate someone elses words in the next 5 or so years would be if something crazy happened and i got to work with Warren Ellis or Neil Gaiman.

i'd be interested in hearing more about it and giving advice if i can be of any help.

oh, and try not to worry about the "complete storyline" right now. it's good to have it in mind, but what you need to work on is getting one issue out after another, or, if it's a GN or larger work, on getting those pages plotted and drawn. worry about publishing after the pages are inked and lettered.

Saw a wonderful and spectaclular riot yesterday night coming home from the hospital there was shit everywhere and the cops where using tear gas on crowds of people ...ontop of that the students that were rioting were seting dumpsters on fire and shoving them down the road.it was awsome ....we need more riots in this country....lots and lots of riots.....
