That's where Roy is his strongest - on the breakaway. Too bad he's kinda lost it with up close n' personal attacks at the goal. I think he sits back too much when he sees his defense in front of him. Too bad Marty didn't play like he did in the actual game in the skills comp...Oh Well.
I'd still love to be able to see the junior all stars though It sucks.
Although I have just found a new channel we get over here - NASN - it's like internation ESPN so we get about 5 or 6 games a week!! Next week we have 2 Colorado games (against Detroit) so I'll be thinking of you when I watch

As I told you before I started watching hockey because of Gretzky . Then along comes this new kid Rob Blake who gets drafted to the Kings . I watched one game where Rob crushed , FUCKING CRUSHED , Ulf Samuelsson from the Pens into the boards . Ulf was one of the baddest goons on the team or in the league at the time . What can I say ? Gretztky was the reason that I started watching hockey in the first place , so I hold a certain loyalty to him . Besides , remember that Gretztky was able to pull off all of the things he did WITHOUT Mario's size and strength . I'm not talking stats , just ability . Mario could have surpassed Gretztky's stats if he hadn't gotten sick . The Great One just had more style . Mario IS a hockey god , and I respect everything that he's done immensely . I tend to get all philosophical when I drink too much . Funny how alcohol effects different people in different ways .
Insecurity , unfortunately , is just one of those things that EVERYBODY has to deal with . I wish that I could give you some good advice on how to deal with it , but my responses are usually as such...1) Get all introspective and overly critical of myself , 2) Do something stupid to try to prove something to myself , or 3) Ignore it and hope that it passes soon . None of these responses are particularly healthy . I don't think that there really IS a good way to deal with it . Human frailty can be a real pain in the ass sometimes .
P.S. Kudo's on your excellent use of the word Beeyotch . I salute you .
