NOT a happy bunny today; got abused verbally by an intolerant bigot because I was unable to answer his question.

As a person with severely impaired hearing, I wear a hearing aid in the one ear that still has some residual hearing. In town, when the traffic is very heavy, I frequently take it out to reduce the oppressive noise.

Been a bit of a grumpy old bugger for a while, so apologies for those select few (you know who you are) who have expressed concern. I'm ok really.

Absolutely - Dublin is awesome, and I am sure you would love it. i have a couple of Guide books you are welcome to, if you do go :-)
I quite fancy Cork next - also direct flights from Cardiff :-O Just love the Irish and Ireland really!! Both my Grandmothers were Irish, so I'm ALMOST native LOL!! x

Sooooo; recovering from flu - albeit it makes my minimal, one-sided hearing slightly worse coz I'm all bunged up ;-( BUT, the snow has finally all gone and life is getting back to normal again.

Need some new clothes, but loathed to risk the insanity that is UK shops post-Christmas (aka "THE SALES"!) May sneak in early tomorrow, and hope the crowds are running late...
