what? it is?
Do you know something that I dont? If so, you cant keep this from me. That's like manslaughter or something (if you substitute the word man with the word libido, and completely suspend any sense of reality)!

Oh, and tell the hubby that I said hi.

So my lease is coming up in a couple of months apparently, so I went out looking at apartments in the area today. I found something that's very nearly my dream apartment. Quiet area, hardwood floors, gas heat... We'll have to fit the cats with brakes though, tearing around the house as they're wont to do.

Hmm, I need dessert... What's yer favorite fruit?

Okay, I'm making a new comic-book movie help me come up with the worst casting combination of all times. My first submission is...

Starring in "The Mask 2":

Jim Carrey reprising his role as Stanley Ipkiss
and
Keifer Sutherland as the most underwhelming villain of all time!
(though he'd make a good evil sidekick, so you've got to help me do better than this)
sevenmag:
George Bush Sr. as the genious mastermind that would eventually save the day

Okay, I know I'm going to hell for it, but I no longer hate t.A.t.U. They sound far less like bratty teenagers when they're singing in Russian. (Alright, commence flaming. wink )

I'm hearing from Russian friends that apparently they had to tone the songs' "lesbian content" down for American audiences. The songs themselves are depressing enough without them making me realize how much this really...

So I set things in motion to get photos taken soon. Now I've got at least a week ahead of me of being really freaking excited and a bit anxious. This is probably the biggest thing I've done lately to scare myself, on my new scare-a-day regimen. eeek ooo aaa biggrin whatever

Ani played in Seattle at the Pier... so it was gorgeous... and then on Sunday, she was at the Vancouver Folkfest which wasn't quite as gorgeous. But oh well! hehe.
Thanks for the compliment on the userpic... I'd comment on yours, but, well... ya know, he ain't really much of a looker. wink
corvus_pdx:
Good porn?

I think I showed you the most recent find smile

I may have to change my photographer...

I think the gal I was going to have do it was reading too much into it...

I've already got a guy lined up though...

Now i just need to get some people to hold up sheets as shields...

Don't want poor Mr. Jhon Q. Public to have a heart attack...

Still cutting through red tape on the permits...

What have you done lately to scare yourself? (including in the sense of "stepping out of your comfort zone" wink )

(in reply to josh's comment) Maybe he should try going to dances held in a barn.wink

(now for you) this whole web community is outside my comfort zone. I'm normally anti-social and that includes any thing on the internet. I've been in the chat room once since they put it up and I never get on AIM because I don't want to "chat" with people. It's easier for me to not communicate with anyone and so everytime we do something in public with site members that I have never meet before, it gets a little scary for me.

You know you've had a good week when you come back exhausted with an ass so sore you can hardly sit! biggrin

So yeah, I need to take horse-riding lessons, because A) I love, love, love riding!! and B) No matter how much padding you got back there if you're not doing it right, it hurts like a mutha.

I'll write more when I can construct...

Wow! I haven't ridden a horse since I was 13 or so. That must have been a blast.

Yes, I do intend to move back to NYC. Gotta get a leg up in my career first... but it's gonna happen, I promise you. smile

Glad you liked the poem. biggrin

Okay, this evening I head out to the coast again, this time for the "Gathering of the Lemmings" (a.k.a. the yearly family reunion). I may be incommunicado for a few days.

So until then... what's your favorite place to visit?

moondaddy:
NYC. smile

Edited to say, actually I prefer LIVING there. Visiting is fun but winds up being depressing because I don't live there anymore. frown

To visit...

hmm...

It'd have to be someplace unpleasant or I'd want to stay...

Sushi... sushi will make me happy. Sushi is happy-food.

What's your happy-food?

Mmm, our sushi-chef friend is so good to us... shows us all the good fish and sake... mmm...

I need to figure out how to levitate things. I want to do some self-portraits, but I don't have any way to do a tripod right now, so I just need to be able to...

Ah, cleaning! I'm hoping Yumchen is coming to stay with me this weekend, I haven't heard for sure yet (if you're reading this my dear, or someone who can contact her is, call me biggrin )... so I'm cleaning house. I even cleaned the guest bathroom! I don't think it's even been used for non-laundry purposes in the last 4 years, it's amazing how much dust...
