Sort of long story, but I must relate.. I was working at a 24 hour restaurant where all the drunks would come once the bars closed down... This party comes in with about 8 people, whereas, our biggest table was for 6, so they're crowded around this table, in the walkway, so you have to squish to get through, and this asshole pretends like he's going to throw something behind him, which would land basically right in my face. One of the other people at his table was like, "Look out!" and he turned around to me, and starts yelling, "Calm down Red!!! I'm not doing anything!!!" ...I walked about three feet away and I was so angry I couldn't stop myself from turning around and saying, "What a fucking asshole!" ... I miss jobs where you can do that and not get fired...

Oh yes, and I forgot the MOST annoying part about this story (sorry to prolong it)... I went back to tell that guys server and he was like, "well... your hair is red..." ...I just about slapped him... *sigh*

You're too patient with that person, Alice. I know you can handle yourself in this sort of situation, but listen to Lesa. Quit giving her what she wants.

Gas prices are totally insane, you just have to recognize the cheap places like Arco, although I noticed when I drope to SF between LA and there it's like 50 cents more. Sucks about your speeding ticket, I got a parking ticket a couple of weeks ago by Amoeba and it was pouring rain, the cop shoved the ticket in a plastic bag. How fucking curtious.
