I know you have have heard it all but, you have to love yourself before you can love anyone else. I have been big most of my life. I lost all it and kept it off while in the service. I know how you feel about being self conscienious about your weight. However, you are a beautiful person; and have a lot to offer someone and they have to accept you for who you are. I have also learned that if you really want to lose weight and keep it off, diets do not work. You have to understand it is a life style change that you have to commit to. The mind set with a diet is that when I reach my goal it is all over and I can return to the way things were before and that is just what happens you put all that weight that you lost back on. With a life style change you eat and live different for the rest of your life knowing that you can not eat like everyone else.
