If you are careful with the photo chemicals; it's pretty safe...
My problem with photo developing was that I wasn't careful....

I'd go to the photo lab at about 8pm and leave at about 4am. This was also when I was testing out my theory that sleep was a waste of time.... A a result I'd fall alseep, standing up, above the chemical baths. When I was doing photography I had this hacking smoker's cough (I don't smoke) that I attributed to my noctural inhalations.

As a result, I swore off photography. But, my photographs weren't that great anyway.

As for painting.... I actually quit for a number of reasons, one of them being the level of toxicity (involved in being a hardcore oil painter).

Regarding your sculptures/paintings. You might try taking some images to local stores and seeing if they would be willing to sell them for you if they get some sort of a cut. Stores that would have the type of clientale that would like your sculptures.... then if that works out maybe make the investment in materials.

Thanks for the compliments! I'm glad you like the mix-- at 8 mins in is the producer Hive, at 13 mins is Peter "At Work" Presta. Hive has the very first track on the mix, and the track that comes in at 29 mins as well, he's one of my favorites.

Thanks of posting in my journal! I'm glad I'm not the only one with sun issues, since my friends are all starting to think I'm weird because I don't like to go outside while the sun's out.

Yeah. It's on Noggin. I don't get it at home at all, but at work we have like every channel you could think of. Even porn. I don't know why, though. It's kinda weird. If I came out here and say one of my captains watching it or something, I'd freak...I came across it the other day, and I watched a little of it, but it was to funny to watch it while I was working...
