Ok, I've been negligent of my journal lately... I'm just waiting for the car to warm up before work this morn. I thought the cold snap was over, but then I checked the temp this morn. -37 C, plus (joy oh joy) windchill of -48 C! 
Bloody friggin hell.
Well this wknd was wierd. Had both my ex's parents, and my own mother in to visit. Made the family announcement to let them all know we are not together... very surreallistic. I've never had such a "adult" break up... not that I've never tried, it just never plays out this way. (waiting for other shoe to drop)
Had so much fun in Peg, I'm going again this next wknd. This time I was sick of driving so I bought a westjet ticket and was suprised at how cheap it is ($215). I'm gonna go to a friend's party, http://www.blizzardtracks.com/glow/ , and celebrate a b-day for a female friend I met this past summer. Should be a crazy fun time... now all I gotta do is find a place to stay for a night! I love been spontaneous for trips.

if it makes you feel better, it's supposed to warm up this week. warming up meaning it will only be around -20C.
