Time to watch Pink Panther DVDs...followed by a little lock stock and snatch.
Today went pretty well...I ran 2k in cold weather in under 7 with no problems. I really need to improve my speed and get some shoulder muscles back otherwise its your shoulders that hurt after running long distances.
It's warmer now so I should go for a quick run...I tell yah...fresh air...
