I guess I’ve always considered myself to be a work in process. But its interesting to see how my points of view has changed on different topics over the years. Some via personal growth and some from teaching. It’s interesting to learn from my students as much as I’ve taught. I don’t know how I lucked out to become a teacher...

I wasn't going to officially start teaching till the 28 of August at the community college in Albuquerque but it got confirmed this afternoon that I can start early in order to prepare for the fall. So my first day will be on August 7. I wondered if I should change my name to Professor Roadstar 🤓.

Life is funny, after graduating it took me nine months to find a good full-time job. And then somehow I interview for another job that I applied for like four months ago. Which is just crazy because I can see staying at this other job for a long time. So this fall I will become the plumbing instructor at the community college in Albuquerque.

Thank you again @nebula for your kind thoughts my way.  I ended up having three interviews last week.  2 in Denver and one in Albuquerque.  I just got word that my background passed for the job in Albuquerque and I'll probably start next week!
