All therapists are not created equal. Many therapists have different methods. I hope it helps though. I've always been someone that benefited a lot from talking about things.

When you start feeling suicidal, that's probably when you should consider seeing a doctor. I didn't want to admit it myself. Having family or friends who will point it out and push you to do it helps.

So take care of yourself and go see someone.

Try Temple dental school. To be seen you just have to wait an at UNGODLY early hour in a line even before they open the building. It's first come first serve. Once the number they can see is reached others are turned away, but if you go early dress warmly you'll be seen.
