I have learned to love almost every part of production and post production, but I still put up a fight when it comes to storyboards. I have a lot of respect for those who do them, and do them well.

Me too.  I love every part of making a film and I've taken on many different roles.  I could have done the storyboards myself, but I didn't want to spread myself too thin, and the Artist did a better job than I could have. As a Director I learned you want to hire people who are experts in the areas you aren't very good in—to play to your strengths.
