My very close and esteemed friend James Allen who has the pleasure of being the latest creator of the syndicated comic strip Mark Trail has it written in his contract that he can have no assistance on the comic strip Mark Trail (a clause that was mainly meant for art, placed there by James and Jack Elrod's card sharping of King Features), so it has been common knowledge that I do not officially write the comic strip (or at least 80% of it) so I unofficially wrote some pretty great shit tonight. Lol. Don't get me wrong, most people know and readership is up, so this isn't a secret and James' art is phenomenal and the driving force plus he also contributes a greatdeal to the writing, but if I could make a living off this like he does I'd be in heaven. The syndicate would probably shit themselves if they knew how much of the material was conceived when we were wasted but hey. Mark Trail's inaugural voyage under James (which I did not write) featured a wildebeest stampede that was based in a drunken stupor on the Shakira video! Lol.
