How irritated am i? Enough so that i have given myself jaw ache from where i keep grinding my teeth at the very thought of last nights concert.

last nights NIN concert all i could see was smoke and bright lights!

WHY? because the ticket agents sent us seated tickets instead of standing (who in their right mind wants to sit at a concert?). The lovely manager of the venue told me that it was my problem and not hers, a fact that i was very well aware of, but not really a shining image of customer service to say it quite like that.

The only victory blow we managed to strike back was by me twice making it throught the doors of down stair to make a small distraction allowing everyone else in the group to get in, although the second time i did run into a 5' hitler of a woman who would not let up, like a little terrier or something, hanging onto my ankle, and so alas i had to take a seat in the gods, to see nothing at all

I hope everyone elses experiance was slightly more pleasing

and mr ticket agent look out for that strongly worded letter in the post, oh and a fire bomb
