I had such hope for them when I heard a song off their first album. At the time I thought they had potential. I was either damn wrong, or they just went the wrong direction.
Anyway, sorry for taking so long to reply...I haven't been by the site as regularly as I had been a couple of months ago. I"ll make it a point to be more prompt.
You asked about Iced Earth...I think my favorite album of theirs right now is Something Wicked..., though I was really impressed with how The Glorious Burden matieral sounded live.
I'm hoping to get to Ozzfest this year but right now, it doesn't look like time or money will permit. You never know, though...
