Just got back from seeing Polysics rock the fucking house in Hollywood. My ears are bleeding and I smell like rock sauce (that's a good thing until tomorrow morning). Goddamn I love the rock show, it gets me off. Woooo!
First band was Vegenius, an interesting combination of synthesizer sound and rock. I was mesmerized by the singer... I can't even describe it (it could have been the key-tar, which is a guitar/keyboard for you idiots).
Second was Seksu Roba. The guy in the band was totally cool and played this weird instrument that sounded like a whale being kicked in the nuts (which DOES sound cool, let me tell you). The lady was a little tone-deaf, but she tried hard. It would have helped being high seeing this band and from what I hear from LTipsyTrain, it did.
Last, but certainly more than least and a bit more than cool beans was POLYSICS. The only way I can describe them to those who haven't heard, is like someone took Devo, The Clash, and a little Japanese rock sauce and mixed it together then injected it into your ass.
I tried to get as many pictures as I could, but the crowd was going crazy and I was being crushed (wonderfully, I might add) into the stage while simultaneously rocking out and kicking ass (taking names too).
The show was awesome. God I love it when you're breathing hard and screaming... You're hot and sweaty and the crowd just takes you... you don't know her, but you're pressed into her and she's beautiful.. she doesn't mind.. she digs into your body and you can feel her breathing... oh yes! Oh YES! It's like an Herbal Essences commercial only louder and you're covered in rock sauce. I'll leave you with that.
