beastie boys were great last night.
its really funny, well not so much funny as mildy depressing...they are getting so old, and showing it.
i saw them for the first time when i was in 7th grade, about 19 years ago, so that gave me pause during the show. i thought about it for a minute, and i really wanted to thank them. ive spent countless hours in the car, at home, at the gym listening to paul's boutique or check your head not even grasping how difficult it is to remain relevent and interesting for such a long period of time. i have so many memories attached to thier music, three little jewish guys from new york.
