So the new position is working out pretty well. We are really working to turn this store around. We finally got rid of one of the most negative influences in the shop. He was a mechanic and for some reason he thought he was bad ass. I would have broken him in half and he thought he could take me. But I don't fight unless I absolutely have to. So when he told me to get the fuck away from him before he hurt me that was my chance to flush his ass out.
Don't ever threaten your manager. So I went to my boss and told him he had to go. He was suspended pending management review. That just means you are fired and the company is getting your final paycheck together. And also the review will not come until the paychecks come out. So you can wait 2 weeks to find out you are fired.
In CA if you are fired you have to get your check that same day. So my company suspends people until paycheck are cut. Then they get fired that day. So bye bye.
