Reminds me of the trip Vvixen and I took to Key West in January of 2008 -- worst cold snap on record, was down in the 40's. Which is still a helluva a lot better than at home, but we packed shorts, flip-flops, and t-shirts, expecting it to be 80 by day, 70 at night.
If you get too cold down there, come hang out with us. Okay, yes, it's going to be in the single digits this weekend, but the woodstove is cranked up to nuclear, and the bar is fully stocked.

The whole country is going nuts with this cold. I have relatives in Minnesota and it's below zero there. Here in Upstate New York we are in the low 20's and everything is just a pain to do with the weather so bad. But Florida is not supposed to go along with the country. Bundle up!

Now they've built a wall to keep the turtles away and they're digging and underground walkway so that the turtles can walk underneath the highway and get to the other side safely. Yay turtles!
