its hard to believe someone so hot has all these common problems. 
customer service sucks no doubt about it. i get paid over 17$ an hour for it and still hate most people even though i know i shouldnt. the first hour of the day is the worst. someone mentioned "soul sucking"- ive never worked at wal mart so i dont know for sure but be awares of the cubicle job if you are worried about having your soul sucked. at some point you may have to do that but dont despair-you are young still. being confined to a eight by eight foot box aint no picknic and in retail at least you get to move around. take care.

music is very important. i've never had that problem with my comp. but then i do not download music because it would take for-bloody-ever with the connection speed that i got. i have heard of dummy files and trojans that are masked as music files though. you might wanna run a system virus check just to be on the safe side. i hope you get enough tunes to listen too. later
