Just wanted to say hello and i will try your soup recipe this weekend when i have my buddies over.

btw, i stripped for the first time ever today(well, not the first time ever, but the first time on a stage with an audience). go check out my journal for the full story.

1. As long as possible, but I need to be doing something active or I stagnate- I'd want to backpack and couch-surf the world, while volunteering my time everywhere possible.

2. Black beans and rice, with fried plantains. I've wanted to make it ever since I went to Costa Rica, but I don't know how to spice it right.

3. Nutrition is somewhat important. I couldn't be bothered to count calories or anything like that, but I try to limit what I eat to things that make me feel good. Thus, when I eat beef, I try to go for rare organic steak once a month or so; I don't eat junk food except for fancy chocolate and ice cream, and I eat until I'm satisfied, but not full, which usually amounts to two simple meals a day.

I'm glad it sounds like you got a bit of a vacation.
