What you are saying is a regular issue for me and I assume many people. The tools I use vary depending on the demon that has taken the wheel. We all have a physical or mental part of ourselves we love and respect, focus on that thing and see if it helps. If that does not work learn something new. I find learning or growing improves my mood and outlook. If all those fail then fake being better. It takes longer to get out of my funk that way but as long as you keep faking it, even when you are alone, then it does eventually silence the demons. I hope you find your way back to your light.

I need new music . My brother and I have been going to Slayer concerts for like 20 years . This is their final tour and it sucks . I need a band of that (obviously won’t be as amazing as slayer ) but is very good live and tours a lot . Anyone from the SG world have any suggestions?
