I haven't been sleeping well for the last week. It seems to me that these are the consequences of the stress of hard work during the holidays. 😩

I want to go on vacation. As soon as I receive the award, I will buy myself a tour to a place where it is warm and the sea

I have 2 pieces of news, good and bad. The bad news is that if I do EMS every morning at high power, my head hurts.

The good news is that the bondage mask works and the microtronic massager works, but I need to learn how to work with it so that I suffer from migraines for the rest of the day ahaha

Ah…bondage mask & EMS😳🤔. I have an Electric muscle stimulation device I use for relieving tension headaches & back / shoulder, etc pain, but I’ve never tried EMS on my face.  Perhaps keep at a lower setting?  😘 looking happier!
