There is no special form for these guys, they're just really crap. It took me several attempts to get them to forward an email on to the strata as well. They didn't need to do anything just forward it because the strata won't talk to me unless it goes via them. They also fucked up my lease start date so that their system thought my rent was due three days earlier than it was so I kept getting emails telling me it was overdue and I'd write back explaining that their system was wrong and I managed to convince them I was right but I had to do it three times before they actually fixed the problem. In fact I'm not sure they did fix the problem I've just been two weeks in advance for ages so its probably just not an issue any more, it will be when I move out though if they haven't fixed it. Real estate agents are so horrible
