I started seeing nutritionist and a personal trainer this week, and my favorite part is the plant-based protein shakes! What is your favorite smoothie blend?

This is my everyday purple drink! Frozen Mixed berries, plant based protein and vegetable milk! So good!

I don't like to workout, but is so important so I'm pushing myself to that haha

This is Lola! My adorable travel buddy/bunny!

In my nomadic lifestyle I can't have a pet, but Lola fits the luggage very well, she's fluffy cute and a great company at night, also she turns any hotel/airbnb room into a cozy environment 🩷
