@bl8228 I've found it's easiest for me to follow a program, and to switch it up as frequently as I can. 90 day programs are great, and super rewarding, but fucking terrible to start off with. I'd suggest something more like three weeks, or a month. I've done the 21 Day Fix Extreme a few times, and I'm thinking about starting the Shortcut to Shred on Monday though. I want to lean down, build some muscle and kick some ass! :)
