Unfortunately, yes. 70-80% is pretty normal. Summers are pretty hot but winters are really mild. Property tax is really low, though.

..so as you all have seen now, i delivered my baby boy this past tuesday afternoon. to be honest, it was definitely not quite the experience i was hoping for..

we had arrived at the hospital monday night around 10PM..&&was admitted to labor&&delivery after they checked me&&said i was 4cm dilated. they started me on my epidural to help through my contractions. i was coasting...

..after four hours of pushing, i had popped a vessel in my left eye..&&then was told that his head can’t make it through my pelvic bone. i ended up having to do a c-section. but after all that, we finally got to hold baby Logan Brian Humphries, who weighs 7lbs12oz&&is 20in long❤️

on a nice cookware set!!!! ..we currently have the rachael ray nonstick set. but the bottom of some of the pans are getting scratched up, which, if you’re familiar with nonstick products, you know that we shouldn’t use the pans anymore cause now teflon (dangerous chemical thing in under the layer of nonstick) is now exposed&&can contaminate your food. sooooo, need a new set! recommendations...

Gibson and Cuisinart are the two I've gotten. They were cheap at a discounter.  There are higher quality ones out there.

Yeah, like @chef said La Creuset. Expensive per piece but basically bullet proof and sure to be in your kitchen for a long time. I have a large skillet that's ceramic coated (I think) on the inside and out and does pretty well with sticky items with just a little oil. I think they do offer non stick options but I do fine w/o it
