@hjtapia74 thank you ❤️ I've been in management positions for all my lines of work including customer service. My problem is a lot of people overlook my qualifications and experience in favor of focusing on my hands on my hair. I was also once a district operations manager for one of my jobs and ran a couple stores plus I've received a lot of recognition in my efforts as a behavior therapist as well. I obviously work hard and well when I'm on an assignment, but management teams get so engrossed in focusing on something so shallow, they can potentially lose valuable assets.
