This was actually one of my positives to take from a low mood day so I'm so glad I stuck with it and actually posted something while feeling the way I did!

Yeah I always say walks are the best remedy to boost your mood a bit. Definitely helps me. Glad your doing walks, I usually do my walks alone. It definitely helps. Glad your enjoying your holiday and spoke with your friend back home. Nice of your sister to make you breakfast in bed. Hope things get better for you and do more walks, I recommend it.
