Jorgas is right. Learn to say no. Remember that your boss is dependent on you, just as much as you are on him. Doing a bit of extra work now and then isn't a bad thing. But you musn't become the scapegoat for every extra shift that needs to be filled in. I trust you do have other co-workers who could also fill in on those days?
