I started running after years of being lazy, and each day I worked to add .1 mile to my previous best. I'm up to 7 miles and down 20 pounds by just doing a little more today than I did yesterday. Also, get a friend to help keep you motivated, that always helps.
I was at work at 5am yesterday, blergh, I feel your pain . . . hope you're getting some rest gorgeous
