I'm feeling a little poorly... I've lost my voice and might be coming down with something, boo.

Getting a few ideas ready for upcoming shoots but I'm struggling, any ideas?

My mum's granddad. My son-in-law, my grandchildren and, very soon, my daughter. Once her German citizenship comes through. It's taken 7 years so far despite being married to a native German and having two German born children!   The Irish side was from the 1820's when my dad's family came over via Liverpool, to be sure!

That's awesome @fatbobby! Why so long? Crazy rules. My grandad stowed away to England and met my German nanny. Who'd have thought? :)

The move went quite well. I'm pleased with the new flat, everything is pretty much sorted. I read what you wrote about the elderly lady passing away. It must be incredibly tough working with people in the last few days and hours of their lives. I'm sure what you offer them in way of support and care doesn't go unnoticed by those close to the person. And, by the person themselves. A lot of the elderly, whom I come into contact with in my job as Passenger Assistant (used to be called Ambulance Attendant) speak highly of the palliative care that their late husband/wife received. And, how even the smallest gesture of care was seen and remembered with the love with which it was given. Never forget, you are a special person. xx

I should have said, before moving to California, my brother was working as a doctor... He's now a professor of OBGYN at UCSD. I guess the Narborough Road has changed a lot in the 20+ years since I was there last...
