A few days ago I recieved a devastating visit from my mother who had to tell me that my pop had passed away.

No words can describe how utterly devastated and heartbroken I am at the moment. The world suddenly feels a lot more empty without my Farmer George <3 <3

I absolutely LOVE this weeks blog homework set by @lyxzen ! "In honor of National Author's Day in the US (November 1): Tell us about your favorite author or book!" (@charmaine @missy)

That is a very beautiful place to visit. I have never been there but have seen pics of this castle as far back I can remember. Kinda reminds me of the movies " The Highlander". I know that's an insult to Scotland but the era in which times like the stories you have read had always interests me. I'll definitely check out the books after I finish the few I'm reading now. Thanks for share!! :)
