I started learning Mandarin when I lived in Hong Kong, it was amazing.. sadly had to give it up because I moved. Stick with it though, I'm sure Japanese is awesome when you master it.

Hi Kate, thanks for the comment in SGUK - glad my profile picture made you laugh.
I started a thread on Banksy's statue on the Lifestyle board but no one seemed to have much to say on the matter.
Personally, I like a lot of his stencil stuff, and I admire the chutzpah it took to put the statue up, but I find it a bit disappointingly trite as a work of art. Heigh ho.
