im going up to finish a 4 track ep that tooks us 480 dollars and 2 days.... we have to pay the producer another 100 for his own time on mixing and editing.... were finishing it at a different studio... stressing whether or not we can make it up there this weekend or if the producer will send it to the other one! so atleast you guys finished yours
i also lost my job right after we finished our first session and let me tell you... it lights a fire like no other to do music not only to occupy time but so theres that spark of hope that you might not have to get another shitty job

but...did you actually get anywhere with the frog? if you did indeed manage to apply your skills then perhaps you can use this distraction technique to get you to focus on the things you should be doing, like plan to teach yourself eel-juggling all day then leave a lone copy of quark right next to the eels...
on the plus side if you can use publisher, quark is pretty much that but with a simpler yet just as effective control system. it's pretty easy to learn, especially compared to creating animals from paper. btw if you learn to make an origami unicorn you will become my new hero
