Isn't the beach great when there isn't anyone there? We'll be heading to OC, NJ either July 2 in the evening or the weekend after that (which is the weekend before the camping trip)

The house has a balcony on the top floor that you can see the beach from, and I can't wait to sit up there and watch the sunrise!
