I'm going to New Jersey this weekend with the animal rescue. I used to look forward to my trips back home, but now I just kind of loathe them. The drive is long and I'm not up there long enough to really rest or enjoy myself.

Oh well. Perhaps I'll have some disco fries and bagels while I'm there. One can not procure even a...

"One can not procure even a decent bagel down here"  I'm not surprised- the south doesn't have many Jews!  "not that anyone would want to read about my life"  I would!

I'd read that book (either title!).

So this week I took some creative liberty with the 'homework assignment' that @missy and @rambo have proposed. (When do I not take creative liberty? I have never been one to follow the rules.)

They asked if we could invent anything, what would it be? I wasn't too crazy about the last few assignments given to us, hence my lack of participation, but this one...

right, @ricardor? I've been disappointed in my day at live shows. Luckily, my favorite bands always sound(ed) great live.  Thanks for your compliment in telling me that my blog was understandable, @yourimmortal. Because of my bipolar my brain can be really scattered and can make me hard to understand at times. And @midnightrider454, I get what you're saying, but I couldn't think to cure just one disease. I'd want to cure them all!

"You know those pop songs where the singer sounds like a robot? That's autotune"  I HATE AUTOTUNE!!!!!  "I was listening to an old recording of Etta James on Saturday when I realized that pop songs are no longer full of the kind of emotion she conveyed in that piece" YES!!! the thrash metal I'm listening to now has more emotion than the CRAP pop songs nowadays!!!   "They had tummies"  And pubic hair! I miss the pubic hair!

My weekends are the pinnacle of glamour and class, just what you would expect from a Suicidegirl.

You see, Adam found some goat skulls at work and likes to do make up. So we took some pictures. After we were done with this we hit some cans with a shillelagh in some perverse form of backyard baseball, played at night. He made the shillelagh out

I was pretty well known for wearing a bowler around my town for a while.  I do love that hat.  But I came to believe that, much as Sauron poured all of his malice into the One Ring, I did the same with my cockiness and that hat ;)

Kinda got a clockwork orange thing going on there. Awesome.

It's like there's two of me...

Who are we kidding? The world couldn't handle two of me.

It's my birthday on Monday.

I'm not really excited about it, though the boyfriend type human and I are going to spend the weekend up in the mountains, away from the city. That should be nice.

You know what is exciting though? Pumpkin flavored beer has been in

So as you can see I shaved my head. It's been a few years since I have done so.

It feels good, like I am vaguely reborn. A perverse baptism.

I'm also preparing for my Halloween costume in going bald.

By then it should be long enough to do a mohawk like this. I'm excited. It's been years since I've had a mohawk.

(For you

@iggy I think sometimes we all have the feeling about getting old and did not do what we wanted to do. Enjoy the things you did, I you look back I am sure you did a lot of good and beautiful things. The part of getting older. When I became 40, it wasn't fun. I my opinion I wasn't young  but also not old. Now at age 45 I feel younger than ever. No I can't do some things  I could when I was younger (staying up all night) but I still enjoy all the other things. When I was 30, the internet wasn't what it is now. Now I enjoy being able to talk to people all over the world. Carpe diem (seize the day) <3

I'd like to take a moment to vent about what's going on in Ferguson, Missouri. Yes, I know this is a porn site. Yes, I know the community here is largely based around the girls and the pictures of them. Yes, I know that this will more than likely will get passed over in favor of something lighter and will fall on deaf ears. But

The shooting of Michael brown and the riots that followed was even on the radio over here in Australia, they did a segment on triple J about it. I have no words... It is appalling. I also had no clue how bad it could be over there, it is really upsetting.

Heard an read about it. You start thinking in what time we are living. The world has become a lot smaller since the internet. The need to all live together and respect each other in my opinion is more than ever needed. Why after so many years are people not able to live together. I have learned my kids to respect every person, wished a lot of other people would do so. I still think that there are a lot of good police officers, but the rotten apples should be tried and found guilty!!

So a lot has been going on in the land of Iggy.

Since my last entry my mood as improved greatly. Thanks everyone for your kind words of support and caring. I was in a bad, dark place and it felt good knowing people care about me. Having bipolar disorder really, really sucks. Sometimes, I feel like my grey matter is deteriorating at such a...

I am sure Cyan would love to have you! There must be qualified photographers in the Charlotte area (assuming that's where you actually live). I haven't been on the site in a couple years, but it's easy to get hold of the Zivity staff as well as ask for help from other models. BTW did you know Nadya Lev is working there now? (She was a SG staff photographer briefly, kind of a prodigy really. She's in a mostly-management role at Zivity now.)

Age isn't an issue, you're a beautiful woman.

I'm going to be perfectly honest, kids. I've been quite the Debbie Downer lately. I just can't seem to get myself out of the funk that I'm currently in. It feels like I'm trudging through toxic sludge, that's how hard even doing the most basic task is for me right now. I've been spending most of my time sleeping. I keep telling myself that I...

I've been there, trudging is no fun >< Keep at it though, sometimes you just have to take life one sunrise, one breath at a time. As much as that can suck and as long as that may go on, it's worth enduring. I got my fingers crossed the slice of happiness I've found is a whole pie. If it isn't I'll enjoy it while it's here and then continue searching when it's gone...many many lazy sunrises later = X

Yes, I hate making the bed after I clean the sheets also.  How are you doing?  Would you like me to come down and spend some time with you?

What makes eccentric people so is that they don't know how to be any other way to be. Who they are is natural to them. There is no 'growing up' for the very eccentric and that's a wonderful thing.

When I was in New York City this past weekend I saw a man who resembled a Dr. Seuss character. His clothes were vibrant. His black...

Going back up north this weekend with the rescue pups. I'm bringing someone who has never been north of the Mason-Dixon Line. I can't wait to show him what good pizza and bagels are. I'm going to take him to the city on Saturday. It's been so long since NYC has been my usual hang out. Anyone have any recommendations for what's good there these
