I've always had a dream in my utopian mind (and I'm still).

That is an awesome goal!  I'd be down for something like that myself.  Closest i've come to planning was thinking about starting a school dedicated to hispanic refugees in this community in socal.  Kids come in, don't know english, get lost in educational system.  My wife works with these kids trying to help.  It is hard though.  Good luck on your dream, i think you could make that happen!
